Tomorrow we will meet together live on the Praise Community Fellowship Facebook page at 10:00am. But before we gather, I have a very important assignment for you. I have included a link to a video of the Brooklyn Tabernacle choir I really want you to watch before the service. My sermon will mean much more to you if you take the time to watch this video. You will be blessed!
In this video I want you to make note of several things.
- Look at the faces in the choir. Look at the diversity of color, nationality, all walks of life.
- Do you see Joy? Love? Unity?
- Stay with the video until the very end and notice what happens after the song is over.
- Here is the song, The Brooklyn Tabernacle, Psalm 34. Watch Here
Tomorrow I will be talking about this choir and video. We are going to use a powerful bible story from the new testament that I think speaks volumes to anyone going through hard times. If you have someone struggling in life who really could use some Good News backed by the power of God, please forward this message to them. Tell them how they can tune in tomorrow. I hope you can join the PCF family tomorrow at 10:00. I look forward to being with you. Love, pastor kent. Let’s change the world together for the Glory of God!
Here is a bonus choir production for those of you familiar with Raise The Praise, powerful, same questions as above!
Our prayer list:
- Emmett, Bob and Judi Bertels grandson is a 12 year old young man who has just been diagnosed with macular dystrophy which causes loss of eyesight. We ask for God’s intervention and healing.
- Mike Portell, who had a serious hand injury with a circular saw last week, we pray for full recovery and patience while healing is taking place. Mike has contacted me and thanked all of us for our prayers. His hand is healing and he is starting to feel better.
- Alene Schuette, who fell and fractured a vertebrae. We pray for release of pain and full recovery.
- Ron Jones, Ron is Rhonda Grammer’s father. He had a stroke and is in recovery. We ask for God’s healing grace and strength. - Me for broken ankle, your prayers are very appreciated for a fast recovery.
