Dear PCF family, I’m always excited on Sundays to be with everyone on Sunday’s but I am extra excited about this Coming Sunday because I am going to unveil a treasure. The treasure I am talking about is probably the shortest parable in the bible yet it is packed with Spiritual truth. Once you grasp the profound message hidden in this parable, your Christian walk will never be the same.
The music will be wonderful as always, and you get to be with your Spiritual family. This Sunday is the Sunday before Thanksgiving, so come and join your PCF family in worship and thanksgiving for all that God has given us as a church.
The PCF board met with Robin Hlava our Sunday School director this past week to discuss the needs of our wonderful Sunday school program which has grown substantially over the past 6 months. Robin said they are having between 10 and 16 children show up on Sundays which is such a blessing. Robin had several ideas about handling the growth which now includes several babies. We are very blessed to have Robin, Rachel, and several others who volunteer for this program. Robin absolutely loves each and every child that attends this wonderful ministry. The church is going to provide whatever this program needs to help this successful ministry. Robin will have a sign up sheet for parents of children willing to volunteer once in a while. Robin stressed in the meeting that she wants the parents in church but we do need a list of volunteers that she can call on when it is a full Sunday. We will also be dividing up the children in age categories. We have a wonderful space for the toddlers and also for the babies, but we now need a room for the kids from about 4-5 to about 7. We will be working on that. Also, we want to reiterate that no one should be in the Nursery except the teachers. It gets too chaotic for the teachers when parents and visitors come into the classroom. Please respect this request. Thank you.
