Robin and Glory and their Sunday school class built a snowman and had lesson on the “Potters Hand” and I would say a good time was had by all!
Dear PCF family, we have much to be grateful for. A growing church, a joyful church, a prayerful church, and we are growing not only in size but more importantly in Godly Wisdom. Thank you to all the volunteers who make PCF so wonderful.
What about the possibility of winter weather on a Sunday? This is why we need to have all of our people on the blog and reading the blog. If something comes up, like bad weather, I will get a blog out either the night before or sometimes early on Sunday mornings to let everyone know if we are going to be having a service at the church or not. If we have to cancel the service at church I will always plan on doing an online service from my home at the regular time of 10:30am.
Quick Bible Study Lesson: The message last Sunday can be found in Mark 2:1-12. One of the things I wanted to emphasize is that Jesus started by forgiving the sins of the crippled man who was brought by his friends for healing. One of the points I did not make during the sermon but is very important to consider. Jesus forgave the man before He healed him, Why? Every person Jesus healed in the bible ended up dying, even Lazarus. So here is what I want you to think about. Maybe the first thing we should always pray for for a person is their salvation. Because even if they get healed and are not saved, what good does it do? Jesus demonstrated what was most important in this story, Salvation!
