Greetings PCF family and friends, charging station will be open tonight at 7:00pm Esic Church. The choir will be rehearsing and the worship that happens is usually wonderful. You are welcome to come and sit in and get charged up for this coming Sunday!

PCF has the honor of being asked to dedicate Tom Buske’s baby granddaughter Addison Marie Maiman at this Sunday’s service. She and her parents are coming all the way from Colorado for this special occasion.  Addison’s mom is Taylor and her dad is Kyle. Let’s make sure they get our PCF joyful welcome.

For young people: age 17-25.  I want to give you some powerful advice in this crazy time we are living in. You guys have an amazing opportunity to rise above the crowd and become very very successful. How? Be different and set yourself way above the crowd!  Let me explain. Companies are having a hard time finding good employees today. That spells opportunity. Here is a secret I learned when I was still a teen and started working at Sunset Hills Country club on the grounds crew. When it rained our boss would call us into the work trailer and play us some old tapes he had. One of the lessons the guy on the tape taught was simple but powerful. He said, “No matter what job you start at, work as if you owned the company!” In other words out work everyone. Do more, do it with energy and with a smile, and someday you will own your own company, or find yourself in a leadership job at one.  It really is that simple and the advice is true. It worked for me! It really comes down to Christian principles. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  I have talked with some young people about this advice and many of them say, “If I work that hard every day, my boss will just take advantage of me!” That may be true for a little while, but I can assure you, it won’t stay that way and here is why. When you make yourself to be the best, by being early to show up and late to leave, and your work and attitude are excellent, someone is going to notice. Plus no matter where your work journey starts, you are building a reputation. Make sure that your work reputation is unmatched. You cannot start at the top. But you definitely can reach the top! Just don’t follow the crowd. Jesus said, ” Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow is the path that leads to life, and only a few find it. Take the narrow path and thrive! Oh I have so much more! stay tuned.

PCF is an amazing church of believers. We are Joyful, loving, caring, and we believe in the power of prayer!  We are ALL under construction!!! None of us is fully renovated but we invite Jesus to be our contractor. Bring your family and join us.
