Good morning PCF family, here are the PVF updates or this beautiful fall day.

  • Diane Rinkel’s mom Alberta Ringering passed away at home yesterday. I will let you know the visitation schedule as soon as I get it from Diane. Please Keep Diane, Ken and the Ringering family in your prayers.
  • During the announcements Sunday Dustin and Cody Bilderback offered a washer and dryer to bless someone, I am happy to say that someone in our congregation can use them and will be blessed with that gift this week. Awesome! Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
  • I mentioned that the board is going to be having an important meeting to begin a discussion about the future of the church. I have had had several of you ask if you could attend this meeting. At this time we want to keep this meeting for the board only and the reason is because we are just opening the discussion about the wonderful problem of having a full church and Sunday school. There will be no decisions made at that meeting. This first meeting is for information and thoughts only. This first meeting is a very preliminary discussion. The board will not make any decisions regarding the future of PCF without including the entire congregation. The board will keep the congregation informed but in the meantime, there is no reason for any type of concern…none. We are not moving, we are not making any changes, we are strictly opening a conversation. The meeting is on the November 19th not this evening, and we will keep all of you in the loop!  Sincerely, Kent

We have many things to be grateful for and there are great things happening. This is an exciting time. The most important thing we can focus on is God’s word and loving one another. As long as we stay focused on our primary mission to bring the Gospel to people in this broken world as well as living out the Gospel in our daily lives, then we will be serving our highest calling. With great love, pastor kent
