Praise Community Fellowship, the church without walls!

PCF will have services on April the 14th for Palm Sunday and on April 21st, Easter. Both services will begin at 11:00am. We are making the time a little later so that The Immanuel Methodist family and the PCF family have easier parking exit and access.

More from the other side of the fence regarding Hell. I love to ponder such questions.   Look at the following scriptures and try to reconcile a torturous Hell that God sends people to that lasts for ever and ever: 1 Corinthians 13:4-5” Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”  If love keeps no records of any wrongs, why would God?  Or, how about this verse:

Luke 6:35    But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he (God) is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.   That’s interesting….God is “kind” to the ungrateful and the wicked! That certainly doesn’t sound like he’s sending anyone into eternal burning Hell. Just sayin.

Here is your tough question for the week. Something to kick around for awhile. “Was Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross accomplished to change God’s mind about us, or was it so we would change our mind about God?  Oh there is so much to learn and to be excited about.
