Happy blessed Saturday PCF family and friends. Tomorrow morning we will be live at 10:00am on Facebook. We are going to take a little different journey tomorrow because Thanksgiving is next week. I hope you can be with us at the live service, but if you cannot make it then, the service is recorded and you can go to our Facebook page and watch anytime. How to love God so that you can be grateful is the topic. I think we have been trained to have an automatic response when asked if we love God. Most of us would quickly reply, “Yes, I absolutely love God!”  However, have you ever really thought what it means to actually love God? John 14:24 says, “Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.”   But there is more of a chain reaction that goes like this, You won’t be able to obey him if you don’t trust Him. You cannot trust him unless you know Him. And you cannot know Him unless he reveals Himself to you. It seems so complicated but there is good news! I will talk about that tomorrow at 10:00am!

Beverly Farm Christmas wish list: We have names for 25 Beverly farm residents. Sally McLauchlan is going to coordinate the project again this year but she will do it by email and phone. If you would like to buy gifts for a resident or two from Beverly farm, email Sally @ sally mclauchlan@yahoo.com or you can call her at 618-978-3490. She will get you all the info and particulars to make this Christmas special for some very special people.  Thank You!

Prayers and blessing to all who follow this blog and tune into our services. We are a very unique Jesus loving group of people. We pay no salaries. We are 100% volunteer and our mission is to be Jesus to all those who cross our path. We have no formal membership, no building and therefore extremely low overhead. We study the bible together, pray for one another, and are there for one another when help is needed. The mission is to become like Jesus by implementing His teachings into our everyday life. We then take those teachings and go into the world as He directs to spread His message of Hope and Love.

Be grateful! Our God loves you! Love, pastor kent
